Yes, you can. Once you have registered and signed in to the App (see above), you will have your own account on the site. Please send in an email to the company requesting the cancellation and this will be put in place. Please note the system requires a 30-day notice period for cancellation of a membership and payments. 

 Yes, you can. The “hold/freeze” membership is a paid process and requires a minimum of a 30-day notice period. A “hold/freeze” can be placed on an account for a maximum period of 30 days during which the monthly charge will not be charged. A “hold/freeze” can be requested only twice in a 12-month period and is charged at RM 75.00 per request. All monthly charges will commence the following month. Please send in an email to the company requesting a “hold/freeze”.  

Yes, you can register on any date, however you must register before your first class. The system will automatically pro rate the charges for the remaining portion of the month.

Yes, you can. Open your account in the GymMaster App; click on the menu icon  (top left) for a drop-down menu to appear; click on “Memberships”; this will open the “My Memberships” page; click on the Plus sign  (bottom right); this will open a page with all the programs available. Click on the program you would like to purchase and follow the steps.

No, however in exceptional circumstances the company may allow you to replace a class on an alternate day. If a replacement is approved it must be done in the same month of the missed class. Please contact us and we will be glad to help.

Yes, a replacement class will be provided on an alternate day within the same month. The company reserves the right to choose the date. 

Yes, you or a guardian of your choosing will need to ensure your child(ren) are at the venue for the start of their session and picked up after the session. The company representatives will be at the location to sign in your child(ren) and to conduct the required SOPs. After the session, your child(ren) will need to be picked immediately after the session, as per the Club’s SOPs individual should not be waiting around the club premises.

As per the company’s and Club’s SOPs individuals should not be waiting around the Club premises or the field. However, one parent/guardian of the younger groups (3 to 4 years old) are welcome to stay but will need to maintain social distancing. Parents/Guardians of older children are encouraged to drop off their children and return to pick them up. 

Yes, the company has implemented all the required SOPs as per government guidelines. These guidelines have been approved by the Club Management and has received MITI approval to conduct these sessions too.
