EPS Swimming

Swimming is an excellent way to start your child’s journey into sports. Babies will get to train their overall reflexes and it contributes to healthy development of their psychomotor skills as it makes use of all body parts. For older kids, swimming improves water confidence, independence, self-esteem, physical development and swimming skills. At your trial lesson, your child will be accessed and placed in their recommended class.
